Ingredients
– 2 large ripe bananas ,
– 2 eggs ,
– 1/4 cup sugar (or maple syrup) ,
– 1 cup all-purpose flour ,
Instructions
– Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
– In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
– Add eggs and sugar to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
– Fold in flour just until no dry streaks remain. Avoid overmixing.
– Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
– Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
