Instructions
- Melt the butter, then mix it with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips.
- Mix well until the dough is evenly combined and sticky.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up.
- Roll into 1¼-inch balls.
- Coat each ball in extra graham crumbs.
- Chill again until firm and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
