Ingredients
- Ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)
- Eggs
- Cheddar or jack cheese
- Heavy cream
- Cream cheese
- Sea salt
- Bacon (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
- Beef bone broth
- Ground pork (optional)
Instructions
- For breakfast sandwiches: Shape ground beef into patties, pan-fry, cook egg, stack with cheese between patties.
- For muffins: Mix beef, eggs, salt; bake in muffin tins at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
- For air fryer burgers: Combine beef, egg, salt; form patties; air fry at 350°F for 9 minutes. Add bacon and cheese if desired.
- For gratin: Brown beef; mix eggs, cream, Parmesan, salt; combine in dish; bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- For cheese sauce skillet: Brown beef; melt butter, add cream and shredded cheese; combine with beef.
- For stroganoff: Cook beef, add cream cheese and bone broth, simmer until thick.
- For casseroles: Mix cooked beef/pork with eggs, cream, cream cheese; bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Store cooled meals in airtight containers; reheat in oven or air fryer.
Notes
Use 80/20 ground beef for optimal fat-to-protein ratio. Grass-fed beef is preferred for higher omega-3s and CLA. Adjust fat content by adding butter or tallow if needed.
