- 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
- 2 large eggs, whisked

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in the prepared pie plate.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, onion soup mix, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and cheese layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown and center is set.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
