- 2 heads of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- ½ Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup Pepperoncinis, sliced
- ¼ cup Black Olives, sliced
- 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs, peeled and halved
- 4 slices Turkey meat, nitrate-free
- 4 slices Ham, nitrate-free
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the Romaine lettuce thoroughly.
- Chop lettuce and prepare all ingredients: quarter tomatoes, slice onions, pepperoncinis, and olives; halve the eggs; slice turkey and ham.
- In a large bowl, add chopped lettuce and layer other ingredients on top.
- In a separate bowl or jar, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Whisk or shake dressing until well blended.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving or serve on the side.
- Gently toss the salad to coat and divide into four portions.
