- 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

- 4 large burrito-sized tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Heat skillet with olive oil over medium-high and cook chicken 5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (165°F).
- Let rest 10 minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, romaine, kale, peppers, artichokes, onion, avocado, parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently.
- Warm tortillas on skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds.
- Assemble wraps by placing filling slightly off-center. Fold sides inward, then roll up from the bottom.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap for on-the-go.
