Description
Dubai chocolate strawberries are the ultimate luxury dessert—discover why they’re expensive, where to buy them, and how to make your own.
Ingredients
12 fresh organic strawberries (large, ripe, washed & dried)
200g dark couverture chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
50g white couverture chocolate (optional, for drizzle)
Edible gold leaf or gold dust (optional)
1 tbsp crushed pistachios
1 tsp rose petals (dried and edible)
1/4 tsp saffron threads (optional)
1/4 tsp rose or vanilla essence (optional)
Instructions
Wash strawberries and pat them completely dry. Set aside.
Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-sec intervals. Stir until smooth.
(Optional) Add a drop of rose or vanilla essence and a pinch of saffron to the melted chocolate.
Dip strawberries one by one, letting excess chocolate drip off.
Place dipped strawberries on parchment-lined tray.
While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with crushed pistachios, rose petals, or gold leaf.
For contrast, drizzle with melted white chocolate using a spoon or piping bag.
Let strawberries set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Serve in mini paper liners or arrange in a luxury gift box.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are 100% dry or the chocolate won’t stick.
Use tempered chocolate for a glossy finish and satisfying snap.
For a dairy-free/vegan version, use certified vegan couverture chocolate.
