Ingredients

“10 fresh organic strawberries”,

“1 cup mascarpone cheese or whipped cream”,

“4 oz Belgian white or dark chocolate”,

“1 tbsp honey or rose syrup”,

“1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean”,

“1 tbsp crushed pistachios”,

“Edible 24k gold leaf (optional)”


Instructions

Sprinkle crushed pistachios, add edible gold leaf, and serve chilled.

In a clear glass, layer chocolate drizzle, cream, sliced strawberries, more cream, and top with a whole strawberry.

Melt chocolate in the microwave using 15-second intervals. Stir until smooth.
