Instructions
- Cook noodles: Boil egg noodles for 2–3 minutes (or spaghetti per package). Rinse under cold water and toss with oil.
- Make sauce: Melt butter in a large skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Add sugar, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Combine: Add noodles to the sauce and toss until coated.
- Stir in scallions and pepper. Serve hot.
