Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce or mirin
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and teriyaki sauce or mirin. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
