Ingredients

  • 1 glass (8–10 oz) filtered water

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda (aluminum-free if possible)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Small pinch of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt (optional)

  • Ice (optional, for taste)


Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a glass at room temperature or slightly warm.

  2. Add the fresh lemon juice.

  3. Stir in the baking soda gently (it may fizz).

  4. Add a small pinch of salt, if desired.

  5. Stir again and drink immediately while still active.
