Ingredients
1 glass (8–10 oz) filtered water
½ teaspoon baking soda (aluminum-free if possible)
Juice of ½ lemon
Small pinch of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt (optional)
Ice (optional, for taste)
Instructions
Pour the water into a glass at room temperature or slightly warm.
Add the fresh lemon juice.
Stir in the baking soda gently (it may fizz).
Add a small pinch of salt, if desired.
Stir again and drink immediately while still active.
Notes
Best taken on an empty stomach in the morning.
Limit intake to once per day.
