Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 1/2 inch thickness)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness for even cooking.
  2. Mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper to make marinade.
  3. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Alternatively, grill 4–7 minutes per side.
  5. In a bowl, microwave Parmesan, Provolone, and Ranch dressing in 15-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Mix Panko, melted butter, and garlic powder for the crispy topping.
  7. Spread the cheese mixture over chicken breasts, then top with Panko mixture.
  8. Broil at 450°F for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded. Don’t skip the broil step—it’s the secret to a crispy golden crust!
