- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness for even cooking.
- Mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper to make marinade.
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Alternatively, grill 4–7 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, microwave Parmesan, Provolone, and Ranch dressing in 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Mix Panko, melted butter, and garlic powder for the crispy topping.
- Spread the cheese mixture over chicken breasts, then top with Panko mixture.
- Broil at 450°F for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded. Don’t skip the broil step—it’s the secret to a crispy golden crust!
