Ingredients
1 cup warm water (around 120°F)
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Pinch of black pepper (for turmeric absorption)
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey or a few drops of stevia
Instructions
Heat the water until it is warm but not boiling.
In a mug or jar, combine turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Pour warm water over the spices and stir to dissolve.
Let cool slightly, then stir in apple cider vinegar.
Add honey or stevia if desired.
Drink immediately, preferably before meals.
Notes
Best consumed 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch.
Limit to 2 servings daily.
Always use Ceylon cinnamon to avoid coumarin toxicity.
