Ingredients
1 package of turkey bacon
Parchment paper or foil (for lining)
Optional: Cooking spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
Optional: Cracked black pepper or chili flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F or 400°F, depending on how crispy you prefer your bacon.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Optionally place a wire rack over it.
Arrange turkey bacon in a single layer without overlapping.
Bake on the middle rack:
375°F: 15–18 minutes
400°F: 12–15 minutes
Flip halfway through for even crisping
Remove from oven once edges are golden and sizzling.
Drain on paper towels, then serve warm.
Notes
Use a wire rack for extra crispiness.
For thicker slices, bake longer at 375°F to avoid burning.
Bacon can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
To reheat: Bake at 375°F for 4–5 minutes or air-fry for 2–3 minutes.
