Description

Turkey bacon in oven made easy. Learn the best time, temp & tricks to get it crispy, fast, and mess-free in just 7 steps.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of turkey bacon

  • Parchment paper or foil (for lining)

  • Optional: Cooking spray (olive oil or avocado oil)

  • Optional: Cracked black pepper or chili flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F or 400°F, depending on how crispy you prefer your bacon.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Optionally place a wire rack over it.

  • Arrange turkey bacon in a single layer without overlapping.

  • Bake on the middle rack:

    • 375°F: 15–18 minutes

    • 400°F: 12–15 minutes

    • Flip halfway through for even crisping

  • Remove from oven once edges are golden and sizzling.

  • Drain on paper towels, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a wire rack for extra crispiness.

  • For thicker slices, bake longer at 375°F to avoid burning.

  • Bacon can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months.

  • To reheat: Bake at 375°F for 4–5 minutes or air-fry for 2–3 minutes.
